WHO WE ARE

Cary Moon is a landscape and urban designer and principal of Landscape Agents. She co-led the team to develop a vision for Seattle's shore, called Seattle Strand.

Julie Parrett is a landscape and urban designer practicing in Seattle. She has developed visions for redeveloping waterfronts in Philadelphia and Cleveland and recently co-led the Seattle Strand team with Cary Moon.

Grant Cogswell is the co-author of the Seattle Monorail Initiative and has headed several county and citywide ballot initiatives.
